Short Biography
Lloyd has developed considerable expertise in Data Management and Business Intelligence with particular emphasis in the concepts of Information Security, Enterprise System Governance, Protective Security management in high security environments, Access control and Surveillance system management and Personnel Security. His primary business focus has been in Government and high security environments. Lloyd was previously employed in the Department of Defence including the Defence Signals Directorate, the Royal Australian Air Force and the Defence Personnel Executive. He has specialised in data management for the last ten years and managed large projects in the public sector to improve governance and information management of complex enterprise systems.

Lloyd has provided consulting services in the Information Management, Business Intelligence, Information Security, HR and finance sectors and developed specialist information management skills in high security environments. He has a strong background in data quality improvement, extensive experience in enterprise process re-engineering and managing information security.
