Colin is an experienced Project Manager with significant achievements in systems delivery and consulting in the UK and Australia. He combines personal values of integrity, achievement and leadership with the belief that customer satisfaction is achieved by maximising speed to market without compromising quality. Colin has over 25 years in the IT industry, with specific competencies in the area of Systems Delivery. He has followed a hands-on, project-based career path from programming, through analysis, design, system and QA testing, post-implementation support, consultancy and project management and hence has a broad understanding of the IT industry. In his role as a Project Manager, Colin is responsible for customer liaison; contract management; bid management; management of corporate risk; issue and change control; project administration; reporting and management; financial and resource management; and adherence to Quality procedures for a number of projects and clients. As a Senior Consultant, Colin focuses on the analysis of business and functional requirements, and the identification of the most pragmatic business solution.
