| Peter Alexander manages the Online Service Point Branch within the Australian Government Information Management Office a business group within the Department of Finance and Administration. The branch is responsible for delivering the Australian Government Online Service Point program – to be discussed in Peter’s presentation.
Peter has worked in the Federal Government for over ten years across several Departments including the Department of Industry Tourism and Resources, the National Office for the Information Economy and Department of Finance and Administration. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Information Systems from the University of Canberra and is a CPA.

The presentation will discuss egovernment directions in the Australian Government and progress focusing on what AGIMO have been doing since the egovernment strategy was launched in March 2006 - primarily on the Australian Government Online Service Point.
