About Presentation (Abstract)

Suzette will showcase new collaborative technologies that are available for organisations, while highlighting the risks with implementing these technologies.

How people work is changing with advances in technology, globalisation and the increased pace of delivery. Organisations want to take advantage of new technologies and the benefits they can deliver to the organisation but this can conflict with compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Records management can be difficult in an environment of change, particularly with the introduction of new technologies.

This presentation will showcase various collaborative technologies that can improve how organisations share knowledge and information. Potential benefits and potential ‘pitfalls’ in implementing these technologies will be highlighted so that you are aware when considering implementing these technologies in your organisation.
